AFTER SCHOOL CLUB AT ASHTON VALE PRIMARY SCHOOL

Dear parents and carers,

I am writing to introduce myself, and to explain in detail about the upcoming opportunities we wish to present at Ashton Vale primary school. My name is Brad and I am the CEO of Project: Youth Sport.

I have spent the past 8 years working as a PE lead across three South Bristol schools. I created Project: Youth Sport in the hope of increasing the opportunities that children have to participate in sport within the local community.

I am pleased to announce that in the coming weeks we will be looking to launch our after-school provision at Ashton Vale primary school. Our specialist coaches and team members will be providing their services in an after-school club setting until 6:00pm each day.

The club will consist of fun sports activities, led by our specialist sports coaches. As well as this, we will provide arts & crafts activities, and board games inside with our team members. Our objective is to offer a relaxed setting in which the children can enjoy a range of activities alongside their peers.

The cost of attendance is £6 per session (3:15pm until 6:00pm). We also offer a sibling discount rate of 2 children for £10, or 3 children for £15.

We will be starting the after-school provision on Monday 26th September 2022. Bookings will be required via the BookingLive system. You may book one, or multiple sessions in advance.

This link will also be made accessible via the school website.

We are unable to offer refunds if your child is unable to attend a session. However, we can instead reserve a space at a future session in order to fulfil the value of your payment.

If you have any questions regarding the after-school provision, please feel free to contact us on 07891153870, or by email Projectyouthsport@outlook.com.

Kind regards,
